Day 22 11/20/11 8:43 PM 3 WEEKS DOWN!

Wow, I can’t believe i’ve completed 3 weeks already!!

Today I ate 5 eggs, two yolks.  I’ve been using cage-free, organic brown eggs for the yolk, and regular cheap eggs for the whites now.  I usually use 1-2 yolks every time I make eggs, the rest white. 

I also had coffee w/ pumpkin spice creamer twice today.

For dinner I had half a breaded + fried boneless chicken breast my grandmom made, and a VERY small proportion of the mac and cheese and broccoli corn bread she made, and some broccoli and greenbeans I made.  For dessert, I just made a berry banana smoothie, soo good!! 

Tonight I think I’m going to try a long yoga session to really stretch my muscles.  I was thinking about doing that after cardio, but that’s what I intended last time, but I was warn out and sore, and it was too late to do so.  Tonight, I think i’ll do a nice long hour of yoga, and see how I feel about cardio afterward.

Day 21 Catch-up Post (Nov 19th)- CHEAT DAY

I drank today!! But only two shots and one beer.. not THAT bad.  And took a generous bong hit, which made me hungry and I ate a plain rice and cheese burrito from taco bell which is WAY off my healthy streak!!! But I just pretended yesterday was like a holiday since I haven’t really done much cheating the last 20 days, I felt ok about it.  I also didn’t work out, but I was REALLY sore still. 



Day 20 Catch-Up Post

I did my hour of cardio, my legs still hurt like a BITCH from working out the other day. 

Yep, also ate super well.

I’ve been into making smoothies the last few days, they are AMAZING!! And what a wonderful way to get more fruit!! :D  I’ve become the smoothie master, I know now how to make perfect consistency! 



Day 19 2:16 AM

Hmm, it is so late and I’m tired.  I know I said I really need to do cardio, since this week it’s been less, but I would like to be waking up earlier, and also I want to read my nutrition book to know what to buy tomorrow.  So I think I will actually just drink some water, read, and go to bed, and set my alarm to wake up tomorrow.

Tomorrow SCHEDULE:

I will wake up, take a shower and do make-up (1 hour apx)

Then have coffee/check fb, eat breakfast. 

Then go to trader joe’s to buy a few more things. 

Then eat again, then maybe drive to the gym to use the machines. 

Then come home and eat and rest. 

Then at do some cardio, then quick shower.

Then some laundry (or in between throughout the day)

Then go to bed.
